I believe that schools should be safe, supportive spaces where everyone feels welcome and respected. My restorative justice services helps build stronger communities by making sure that everyone is heard.
Leadership Training
provides a primer on restorative justice, with attention given to systemic implementation and policy, intended for the Superintendent, Principal, Board Members, and School Administrators. (1-2 days)
Basic Restorative Practices
designed for K-12 Training, delivers the foundational concepts of restorative justice such as the history and principles of restorative justice, a multi-tiered framework for implementing restorative practices in a school setting, including skill development and practice sessions. (3-4 days)
Coaching & Embedded Support
through monthly meetings (1 hour) with the building level implementation team.
The Training Design
An eclectic range of training strategies will be utilized to meet the needs of a variety of learning styles among participants. These strategies include experiential, scholarly, and technical.
Every 90 minute module will utilize restorative practices for connecting, learning, reflecting, and dialogue.
